Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 294/323/341/506/34, I.P.C. in connection with G.R. Case No.65 of 2024 corresponding to Kantabanji P.S. Case No.44 of 2024 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Kantabanji.

As reveals from the F.I.R., on 01.02.2024 at about 3.30 pm while the informant and one Rohit Suna were sitting under a banyan tree in front of Kali Temple, the accused persons came there holding iron rods and abused them in filthy languages and assaulted them, as a result of which they sustained injuries on their body.

Keeping in view the nature of the allegations, gravity of the offences and the facts and circumstances of the case, while this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that in the

event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Kantabanji in G.R. Case No.65 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court but subject to the condition that the injuries are not grievous or not on the vital part of the body of the injured and subject to verification of the record of criminal antecedent of the Petitioners besides the further condition of depositing cash of Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand) by each of the Petitioners in the manner to be
