1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Ms. S. Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate on filing the status report dated 02.06.2023 has stated that the victim and her minor son have been rescued. The petitioner, the victim and her minor son are reunited.
3. Mr. P. Panda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a statement in the court that the accused who kidnapped the victim and her son had taken away her gold ornaments.
4. The victim or the petitioner shall be at liberty to inform the Police regarding taking away of her gold jewelleries and pledging those jewelleries for taking loan.
5. In view of the above development, the proceeding stands closed.
