1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is taken up.
3. Ms. S. Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a short report from the I.I.C., Rambha Police Station where it has been stated that the missing persons, the wife and the minor son of the petitioner are living in her maternal home. In the report, the Police has produced a photograph of the so-called missing persons, flanked by a Police personnel. 4. We do not find any reason to doubt the said report. As a result, this writ petition stands closed.
5. A copy of this order be communicated to the counsel for the petitioner.
