for the State has produced the status report that he has received from the I.I.C., Korai Police Station. It appears from that report that the police had located the victim, whose name is withheld for protection of her identity, in a village called Deuli. It is found that the victim has attained the marriageable age. After her disappearance, she married one Siba Prasad Rout of the said village. She has refused to come to her father’s house. She has clearly and voluntarily expressed that she will live with her husband and in-laws. The police has seized the marriage document, HSC certificate and the certificate SUKANTA Digitally signed by from the temple where rituals for marriage took place. According to SUKANTA KUMAR KUMAR BEHERA Date: 2023.05.12 BEHERA 20:02:40 +05'30' the records, the date of birth of the victim is 05.03.2004.
