ORDER 11.05.2023 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. 2. Heard Mr. Lakshman Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
3. This is an appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 from the judgment dated 03.02.2023 delivered in Civil Proceeding No.444 of 2016 by the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.
4. According to Mr. Mishra, learned counsel, there is adequate evidence in support of the ground of cruelty as advanced by the appellant in the Civil Proceeding, but the Judge, Family Court did not appreciate the said evidence for returning the findings on cruelty.
5. Admit.
6. Call for LCRs, scanned or photocopies.

8. Notice is made returnable on 12.07.2023.
9. Steps for service of notice on the sole respondent shall be taken by the appellant by 18.05.2023 by Registered Post with A.D.
