2. Heard Mr. A.K. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. S.N. Pattanaik, A.G.A and Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel appearing for Opp. party No.2
3 . The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:-
“Direct the respondents to refund the GPF amount at the credit of the applicant as per last Account slip issued in March 2004 under Annexure-7 with interest and also refund the illegal recovery made from the applicant of Rs.7306/- as per Money Receipt under Annexure-4 and by SBI, Bhawanipatna Evening Branch in response to letter of A.G (A & E) Odisha dt.7.5.2013 under Annexure-9 with interest.”
4. He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation Annexure-11 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law taking into account Annexure-11, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6 . The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
