2. Heard Mr. Anupam Rath, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.
3. Mr. Rath, learned counsel having regard to the memorandum that the writ petition has filed on 03.07.2023 submitted that in view of the subsequent events, the writ petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. The said memo is taken on record.
4. We do not find any impediment in allowing the writ petitioner to withdraw this writ petition for purpose of filing a better petition after incorporating the subsequent events, if they prefer to.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
