Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner in this writ petition challenges the order of the opposite party no.3, who has refused to give the account statements of 38 nos. of different account holders from whose accounts, the petitioner has alleged to have misappropriated and on the basis of which the Anticipatory Bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court on 19.08.2020. The petitioner is inside the jail custody since 03.05.2022.

Mission Compound, Koraput Branch, the Regional Head of Union Bank of India, Region Office, Sambalpur on 05.06.2018 lodged a written report against the petitioner and other co-accused persons before the I.I.C., Town Police Station, Koraput. Based on this, the police registered Town P.S. Case No.130 dated 05.06.2018 under Sections 409/420/467/468/472/34, I.P.C. 5. Since the account statements asked for by the petitioner pertain to the accounts of some private persons, which cannot be shared by the Bank on account of their right to privacy and without the permission of those account holders, the bank is not supposed to divulge anything regarding the accounts. In such view of the matter, there is no infirmity in the order passed by the Bank on 26.12.2022. 6. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
