09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Deepak Gochhayat, learned CGC along with Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned DSGI appearing for the Union of India as well as Mr. G.M. Rath, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 3.
3. Affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court today be kept on record.
4. It is contended that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 19.12.2023 the Petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.27,00,000/- to the O.P. No. 3 on 27.01.2023.
5. Mr. G.M. Rath, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 3 submitted that the O.P. No.3 has received the amount in question.
6. In view of the same, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
