Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 06. 2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

Perused the record. It appears that this Court issued notice to the opposite parties on the question of admission vide order dated 21.01.2013 directing to file requisites within a week. But, till date, requisites have not been filed for issuance of notice to the opposite parties. It further appears that though Misc. Case No.4643 of 2013 has been filed for modification of the aforesaid order, but since the matter is of the year 2011 and none is there to prosecute the same, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 21.01.2013.

Accordingly, the writ petition as well as the misc. case stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
