“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the Opp. Party No. 3 would not make payment, the demand of the Petitioner under Annexure-2 towards reimbursement of the differential rate of minimum wages of labour paid by the Petitioner in accordance with the Clasue57 of agreement and in case the Opposite Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, then after hearing, may direct the Opposite Party No. 3 to act and make payment, the claim amount towards reimbursement of enhanced wages bill under Annexure-2 to the Petitioner within a stipulated period. And/or may pass such other order(s)/writ(s)/direction(s) as is deemed fit and proper. And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner, as in duty bound, shall ever pray.”
