This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

“ In the above circumstances, it is humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Party to show cause as to why the order dated 14.02.2012 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.997(C) of 2006 and O.A.No.2057(C) of 2006 shall not complied as soon as possible within a stipulated period for the interest of justice;

And pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as would deem fit and proper;”

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be granted liberty to file fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the Opposite Party, which may be considered within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand

submits that he has no objection if liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file fresh representation before the Opposite Party and the same is considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of prayer, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the Writ Petition by giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach opposite Party by filing a fresh representation taking therein all the grounds in support of his prayer made in the Writ Petition along with supporting documents within a period of three weeks from today. In the event such representation is filed the Opposite party shall do well to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing representation. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
