Petitioner, which is a Self Help Group, has approached this Court to direct the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. Sub-Collector, Kendrapara, to take decision on its application to be appointed as FPS dealer for Balabhadrapur Village, in Patamundai Block, within a stipulated time frame and issue consequential appointment order as per law.

Though two weeks time was granted to the learned Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties to take instruction, Mr. Panigrahi, learned ASC submits, instruction is yet to be received.

At this stage Mr. Stapathy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner draws attention of this Court to the prayer made in the Writ Petition so also the representation dated 18.04.2023, as at Annexure-1, addressed to the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara (O.P.No.3) and

submits, direction be given to the said authority to deal with and dispose of the said representation of the Petitioner Self Help Group within a stipulated time frame.

To such submission made by Mr. Satapathy, Mr. Panigrahi, learned Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties has no objection.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on merit of the prayer made in the Writ Petition., with a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 (Sub-Collector, Kendrapara) to deal with the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.04.2023 (Annexure-1) within four weeks’ from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. The Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition with annexures to the Opposite Party No.3 (Sub-Collector, Kendrapara) along with the certified copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be grant on proper application as per rules.
