2. Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Proxy Counsel on behalf of Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits, the Petitioner does not want to press this Writ Petition. Since the learned Proxy Counsel has no power in this case, he undertakes to file a memo to the said effect bearing signature of his senior in course of the day. On filing of such Memo, as undertaken, the same be kept on record.
3. In view of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
4. Interim order dated 19.08.2016 passed in Misc. Case No.12967 of 2016 stands vacated.
