When the matter was listed on 5^th April, 2019 before the Deputy Registrar (Judicial), none appeared for the Petitioner and the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) directed the Petitioner to remove the defects within a week. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 24^th April, 2019, and this Court directed to remove the defects by 26.04.2019, but till date the defects have not been removed.

Since the matter is of the year 2019, this Court is not inclined to grant adjournment.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 24^th April, 2019.
