This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

“ In view of the above facts and circumstances of the

case, it is humbly prayed before this Hon’ble Court as follows:

i) To be kind enough to admit the present Petition and issue notice to the Opposite Parties and

ii) To quash the disengagement letter dated 26.12.2016 issued by the Collector-cum-DPC, Malkangiri and to reinstate the applicant in his previous post within the stipulated period by directing the Opposite Partyno.4 and

iii) May pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper to meet the ends of justice and equity.”

In course of hearing of the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the Director, Special Project,

Panchayati Raj Department, Opposite Party No.4 under Annexure-7. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-7 within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.2, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-7 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-7 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of taking such decision.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
