Order No 05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. N.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S. Jena, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dtd.07.02.2020 so issued by the Opp. Party No. 1, wherein the claim of the Petitioners to get the benefit of RACP w.e.f.01.01.2013 has been rejected.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners contended that the issue involved in the present case is already decided by this Court in its order dtd.23.11.2023 (Raghunath Parhi Vs. State of Odisha & Ors.) .
5. Mr. Jena, learned AGA does not dispute the contention raised by the learned counsel for the Petitioners relying on the order passed by this Court in the case of Raghunath Parhi .

6. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while quashing the impugned order dtd.07.02.2020 under Annexure-19, dispose of the writ petition in the light of the order passed on 23.11.2023 in the case of Raghunath Parhi .
