3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
“The Petitioner, therefore , pray that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. parties to show cause
(a) As to why the Opp. Parties No.1 to 4 shall not be directed to release payment as prayed vide Annexure-8 series and
(b) As to why the Opp. Party No.1 to 4 shall not be directed to pay delayed payment interest and to pass such order as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper.
4 . In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.
