3 . The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with a prayer to quash the order dated 16.07.2021 passed by the Government-Opposite Party No.1 under Annexure10.

It is contended that pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 04.03.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 8063 of 2021, opposite party No.1 while considering the case of the petitioner disposed of the matter by holding that since the matter is pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court, the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered. It

is contended that in the meantime the SLP in question has been disposed of vide order dated 25.01.2023 under Annexure-14. It is accordingly contended that the matter be remitted to opposite party No.1 for taking a fresh decision in the matter.

5. Mr. D.Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate does not dispute the disposal of the SLP by the Ho’ble Apex Court in the meantime.

In view of the same, this Court while quashing the order at Annexure-10, directs opposite party No.1 to take a fresh decision on the representation of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 25.01.2023 passed in SLP(C)No. 13627 of 2021 by the Apex Court within a period of three months from today.

7. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
