The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, prayed that, in the premises stated above this Hon’ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this case, issue notice to the Opposite Parties, after hearing all the parties to this writ petition may further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties not to evict the petitioner from the schedule plot situated on the Khata No.300, Plot No.1275, Kisam- Gramya Jungle, Area- 0.10 dec., in the district of Nuapada, P.S.- Boden, Tahasil- Boden, Mouza- Khaira, in case of his eviction from the above mentioned plot he may be compensated by the government like other land oustee of the said locality.”

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to

which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
