ORDER 11.07.2023 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2. Although the matter is pertaining to year 2012 none appears for the petitioner at the time of call. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution. 3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file restoration petition within one month if any cause of action survives.
