1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
3 . Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4 . However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court within a period of one month, if any cause of action survives.
