1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. S.K. Mahanty, learned counsel and Mr. S.P. Das, learned counsel have filed a fresh deed of power after taking no objection from the earlier counsel.

4. Mr. Das, learned counsel has submitted before this court that the appellant has filed a memorandum seeking leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty for filing a fresh appeal. The same is taken on record.
5. Since the appellant has expressed his clear intention to withdraw this appeal with liberty reserved to file a better memorandum of appeal, this court does not find any impediment to allow leave to withdrawal of the appeal.
