2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Though this is an application seeking implementation of order dtd.18.04.2023, but in course of hearing learned counsel for the Appellant contended that since there is no time stipulation for compliance, Authorities have sat over the matter.
4. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate contended that if there is no time stipulation, this Court may pass appropriate order.
5. Considering the submission made, this Court while disposing the I.A., directs Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to comply with the order dtd.18.04.2023 within a period of two (2) months from the date of
receipt of this order.
