07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the Appellants and Mr. S.C. Devdash, learned counsel appearing for the Private Respondent.
3. Even though this appeal has been filed challenging the Judgment dtd.15.05.2006 passed by the State Education Tribunal in G.I.A. Case No. 104 of 2004, but till date no notice has been issued to the Respondent. Even though Mr. Devdash has entered appearance suo moto on behalf of the Respondent, but copy of the appeal memo has also not been served on him till date.
4. In view of such latches on the part of the Appellants, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal at this stage and dismiss the same.
