05. 1 . The Petitioner was come before this Court with a prayer to quash the proceeding in respect of G.R. Case No.335 of 2013 in the files of the learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi.
2. On 24th November, 2017, when the matter was listed, none appeared for the Petitioner and the Court was directed to remove the defects within two weeks. Thereafter when the case was listed on 9th December, 2022, it got again adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. This Court granted further opportunity to remove the defects.
3. When the matter is taken up today, similar prayer is made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, but the Court is not inclined to grant any further time for the purpose of removal of the defects. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
