“4. That is humbly submitted that while the contempt petition filed by one Gayatri Patel pending before the Hon’ble High Court, notices were issued to the awardee Dasami Patel, wife of late Snehamani Patel and her two sons namely Dibyalochan Patel, Rama Kanta Patel and the petitioner appeared before the Sub -Collector-Cum-Special Land Acquisition Officer on 07.07.2018 for hearing . All were present on the said date and were heard. Pursuant thereto, it was found that the petitioner had not got her rightful share from her co-shares. Accordingly, Dasami Patel and her two sons agreed to give the share of Gayatri Patel towards land compensation with respect of the khata Nos. 150/7 and 37, village Lankahuda, Dist.Sundergarh. Hence, pursuant to an amicable family settlement between Gayatri Patel and her co-shares, she has received her rightful share in the compensation money. This was of affidavit submitted on 09.07.2018 declaring that she had received the compensation money from Dasami Patel and her two sons towards her share pertaining to khata No.37 and khata No.150/17 of village Lankahuda, Dist. - Sundergarh.
