- Additional compliance affidavit has been filed, wherein at para-4 it has been stated as follows:-
“That, it is humbly submitted that, as the above WPC No.3665/2014 was filed on 21.02.2014 and orders passed within one month i.e. on 19.03.2014, no instruction/counter could be filed by Land Acquisition Officer, Cuttack. Further no petition u/ 16 of Land Acquisition Act has been received in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, Cuttack as per verification of record. Subsequently the CONTC No.746/2014 was filed by the petitioner for payment of compensation. Hence in order to comply the order of Hon’ble High Court, the balance compensation amount of Rs.15,805.45p was paid to the petitioner in respect of Bidanasi Triangular Development Project. Hence the total compensation amount of Rs.79,027/was paid to the petitioner for Bidansasi Triangular Development Project.
