This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

A show-cause reply affidavit filed in Court today by learned counsel for the Contemnors.

On perusal of the said show-cause affidavit it appears that the representation of the Petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 25.08.2023. Since the order has been complied with.

Accordingly, the Contempt application is dropped. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.08.2023 by filing a separate writ application in the event he is so aggrieved.
