04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking compliance of the dated 13.09.2011 passed in O.A No.2840(C) of 2010, which has been affirmed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13959 of 2012.
4. Mr. Panigrahi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel produced before this Court the order dated 23.06.2023, so passed in compliance of the said order. Copy of the same be kept in record.
5. Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the other hand contended that the said order is not in compliance of the order passed by the Tribunal. The said fact cannot be decided in the Contempt Petition.
6. Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 23.06.2023, if he is aggrieved by that.
