34. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2023, Mr. S.S. Rao, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Board produced copy of the letter dtd.18.12.2023, wherein Petitioner have been communicated with the decision taken by the Board pursuant to the order passed by this Court. Copy of the communication along with the memo filed in Court be kept in record.
3. In view of such compliance, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. If Petitioners are aggrieved by the order in question, it is open for them to challenge the same.
