- This is a successive bail application filed by the Petitioner on the ground that the injured informant has been examined in the meantime. The Petitioner is in custody since 16th April, 2022 in connection with Jaipatna P.S. Case No.414/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.54/2022(Sessions) pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharmagarh.

- Considering the submission as above, the bail application is disposed of by directing the court below to release the Petitioner on interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his actual release on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
