A mention is made on behalf of Mr.A.N. Pattanayak that he has no instruction in the matter.
As per the previous order dated 26.04.2023, the learned trial Court has submitted the report wherein it is indicated that after availing the interim bail period, the petitioner did not surrender at right time for which non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against him.
Since the petitioner has flouted the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application.

The BLAPL stands dismissed.
Learned trial Court shall proceed not only against the petitioner but also against the bailors in accordance with law.
