This is an application for modification of the order dated 09.05.2023.
Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail as per order dated 09.05.2023 but in the operative portion of the order, it has been inadvertently mentioned to be 8interim bail9 and therefore, the same may be modified and corrected.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
Considering the submissions made by the learned

counsel for the respective parties, in the operative portion of the order dated 09.05.2023, the word 8interim9 which appears in the first line and sixth line stands deleted.
With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 09.05.2023 remains unaltered.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
