3. 1. The application has been made in the writ petition disposed of by judgment dated 17th October, 2022. Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who was writ petitioner. He draws attention to paragraph-9 in judgment dated 17th October, 2022, disposing of the writ petition. He submits, pursuant to the direction his client approached the bank on 19th October, 2022, for it to make available indemnity bond format and other requisites, on formalities to be complied with, in regard thereto, by his client. He submits, the bank neither made available indemnity bond format nor informed of requisites to be complied with, for issuance of the same. Hence, the application to modify said direction by stipulating a time, within which the bank is to make available the format.

2. Mr. Rath, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank. He submits, the application has been received. His client is examining it.
3. On query from Court he submits, requisition for obtaining certified copy of the judgment was put in on 18th October, 2022 and the copy was delivered on 20th October, 2022.
4. The bank has of till 21st November, 2022 as prescribed time to prefer intra Court appeal from said judgment. In the circumstances, direction made in paragraph-9 of the judgment is modified to be that the bank will provide the FD format on obtaining compliance of requisites, by 15th December, 2022.
