There has been an inordinate delay of 9 years in filing this petition in 2021 questioning the appointment of Opposite Party No.4 which was made way back in 2012. The delay not having been explained satisfactorily, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
