The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant retrospective promotion to him to Jr. SES cadre with notional benefit as directed by this Court in similar matters.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party No.1 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, taking into consideration Annexures-10, 12 and 14 and also the order dated 07.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 33365 of 2021, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-15, taking into consideration Annexures-10, 12 and 14 and also the order dated 07.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 33365 of 2021, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy this order.
