Case No.1347 of 1996” instead of “G.R.Case No. 1321 of 1996”. The same may be corrected and read as “Sadar P.S. Case No. 288 of 1997” and “G.R.Case No. 1321 of 1996”. Rest part of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
