This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

It is contended that the order dated 10.06.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.17376 of 2021 has not yet been complied with. Let the opposite parties comply with the same, if not already complied with in the meantime, within a period of three months from the date of communication production of copy of this order.

The contempt proceeding is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25^th March, 2020, as modified by Court’s notice no. 4798 dated 15^th April, 2021 and Court’s Order circulated vide memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7^th January, 2022.
