2. This contempt petition involves non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 02.11.2020 passed in CONTC No.4460 of 2020 arising out of W.P.(C) No.11987 of 2020, disposed of on 01.06.2020.

4 . Considering the submission made, taking into account the pandemic situation due to COVID-19 and to afford one more chance to the opposite parties, this contempt petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply with the order of this Court dated 02.11.2020 passed in CONTC No. 4460 of 2020 involving compliance of the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 11987 of 2020, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of one month provided however the order involved is not stayed by the higher forum. A compliance report shall also be communicated to the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the opposite party-contemnor(s) and place the matter before the assigned Bench for further action.

5.. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19

situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25^th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15^th April, 2021.
