Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. B.K. Dash, learned Senior Advocate appearing for opposite parties1 to 3-Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for opposite party no.4.
Mr. B.K. Dash, learned Senor Advocate submits that he has obtained instruction from opposite party nos.1 to 3 that they will take a decision for conducting a special examination for the back paper examinees, which is going to be held in the month of March, 2021.
In view of the submission made, opposite party nos.1 to 3 are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for the said special examination as they have taken a decision and opposite party nos.1 to 3 will put up this matter before the Syndicate and a decision on the issue will be taken by the Syndicate. However, the opposite party nos. 1 to 3 shall take a lenient view while taking a decision for conducting of special examination for the back paper examinees.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
