1. Mr. Routray, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, opposite party no.2 is to consider his client’s representation dated 20th February, 2020.
2. On perusal of the representation, it appears petitioner had earlier moved this Court in exercising criminal jurisdiction and by order dated 20th December, 2019 there was direction upon Superintendent of Police, Puri to take decision on grievance petition dated 6th November, 2019. Pursuant to such direction Nimapara Police Station registered the complaint petition as first information report Nimapara P.S. Case no.31 of 2020 was started against opposite party no.3, who is now working in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. Petitioner’s grievance is that opposite party no.3 is now threatening to kill him.
3. Opposite party no.2 can do precious little regarding a law and order situation complained of by petitioner. In the circumstances, petitioner is at liberty to produce this order before the police station, within which limits he

resides, along with specific instance of threat held out by opposite party no.3. In event such information is given to the concerned PS, it will deal with the same.
4. The writ petition is disposed of.
