Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the StateOpposite Party Nos. 1 and 2.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Tahasildar, Nilgiri to grant certified copy of the entire order sheet along with final order dated 30^th March, 2013 passed in Mutation Case No. 365 of 2013 taking into consideration the copy application filed by them under Annexure-2 within a stipulated period.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State by filing counter affidavit of Opposite Party No.2 submits that the copy application dated 24^th September, 2020 filed by learned Advocate for the Petitioners was rejected on 14^th October, 2020 due to non-supply of required stamps and folios, but learned Advocate for the Petitioners had never received the said rejection order. He further submits that if the Petitioners make a

fresh application complete in all respect for supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet along with final order dated 30^th March, 2013 passed in Mutation Case No. 365 of 2013, the same can be considered by observing all formalities.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners undertakes to file a fresh application for supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet along with final order dated 30^th March, 2013 passed in Mutation Case No. 365 of 2013 within a period of two weeks.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioners make a fresh application for supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet along with final order dated 30^th March, 2013 passed in Mutation Case No. 365 of 2013 complete in all respect within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and certified copy of the orders, as aforesaid, shall be supplied to the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of such application along with certified copy of this order.
