Ms. A. Pal, counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. J. Pal, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is an old matter of the year 2004 and she has no instruction in the matter, therefore, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives.
With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
