2. 05.03.2021 Heard Mr. Prashanta Kumar Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
The Petitioner in this writ petition assails the order dated 28.01.2021 (Annexure-4) passed by the Collector, Boudh in RMA (OLR 23-A) No. 02 of 2020, whereby he confirmed the order dated 30.06.2020 (Annexure-2) passed by the Sub-Collector, Boudh in RMC (OLR 23-A) No.02 of 2018.
Since the Petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy under Section 59 of the OLR Act to assail the impugned order, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
