In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of this writ application as the Petitioner would be filing appeal against the order passed by the Tahasildar, Bonth in Encroachment Case No. 125 of 2021 giving rise to issuance of notice as at Annexure-1. Permission is granted.
In view of the above, the writ application stands disposed of.
It would be open for the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority in assailing the order as aforesaid by filing an application for condonation of delay for its consideration and disposal in accordance with law. If so advised, the Petitioner may also file an application for passing any interim order in the said appeal.
