In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ application as the Petitioner would be filing the suit for demarcation of his land which he asserts to have been brought within the arena of the encroachment proceeding for which the Petitioner apprehends that the construction standing on his own land may be demolished.
In view of above, the writ application stands disposed
of.
