Heard Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner, who is a physical handicapped persons, claims for promotion as Primary School Teacher Level-V(B) under the reserved category.
Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is entitled to get promotion in view of resolution dated 26.12.2013 passed by the General Administration Department and also the judgment of the apex Court.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to move a fresh representation highlighting his grievances before opposite party no.3 so that the same can be considered in accordance with law.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of fifteen days from today ventilating his grievances before opposite party no.3. In the event the petitioner files such representation annexing the resolution dated 26.12.2013 passed by the General Administration Department and the judgment of the apex Court along with authenticated copy of this order, opposite party no.3 shall consider and pass appropriate order in conformity with the provisions of

law within a period of four months thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As restrictions are continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s Website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
