This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Settlement Officer, Sundargarh-opposite party no.3 to dispose of representation dated 17.09.2020 (Annexure-2) for correction of R.O.R. in respect of Hal Plot No.844 under Hal Khata No.50 to an extent of Ac.2.00 decimals in Mouza-Khajuri Bahal under Bonai Tahasil in the district of Sundergarh.
In course of hearing, Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to seek remedy in common law forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
It is open to the petitioner to approach the common law forum for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
