This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 31.05.2007 (Annexure-4) passed by the Joint Commissioner, Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur in C.R.P. No.116 of 2006, whereby he allowed the revision inpart holding as under:
“Thus, the case is remitted to Tahasildar, Kanisi with direction to cause field inspection and sabak-hal co-relation as per purchase and possession of petitioner on due intimation to effected parties and record the case land for an extent of Ac.0.013 as per provisions of law keeping in view to my above observations.
With such observations, the Revision petition is disposed of.”
The said order has been challenged by the petitioner in this writ petition, which has been filed on 09.02.2021.
In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to approach the civil court.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
The petitioner, if so advised, may seek for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
